Slick Spots

Here's what a slick spot can look like after trying to put several coats of paint on it. I had to let my paint dry, and paint back over the tower the next day. If you think taking the slick spots off with vinegar would have been easier, think again. It's too easy to miss these places because they usually can't be seen until you put paint on them. They've already been weathered. This is the best way if a tower painter is willing to take the time. If a tower painter spends his time with vinegar, he may not want to came back and get the slick spots he finds he missed when he paints.
