This is "B" work, but the paint will stick

I didn't bother to tape this color band seperation because KHSL didn't want to pay foran "A" job. (No one generally does, so I only tape on the botom where it can be seen or make any difference.) I'm not sure if I went over that greasy, slick spot in the orange again either. But I am sure that the orange tower paint that's on there will stick. I can tell you that I rubbed it down several times to get that amount of tower paint to stick. If I had sprayed this tower without wiping it with vinegar or an acid-etching solution, the paint would have eventually flaked or bubbled.
