Bad Tower Paint Spraying Again, Looking Down on KHSL's Side Mounted Antenna

The undersides of the horizontal braces were painted enough for camouflage, but the top must have never been painted. David Seine, KHSL's Chief Engineer, called ABC Tower Service, Inc. when he started looking for his 1000' television tower, and couldn't see it. The bottom color bands were painted better, but the whitecolor band that's visible in this photo was painted by ABC Tower Service, Inc. I never saw an airplane during the two months or so I spent on this hill with the cougars, rattlesnakes, and heat.
